New York Independent Cinema Awards is an IMDb qualifying online international festival and a creative event dedicated to the language of cinema, independent filmmaking and all the artists involved in film and script projects as writers, directors, producers, cinematographers, actors, editors, composers, etc.

The festival was founded by New York Arts & Cinema Magazine and the members of the jury are selected from award winning filmmakers, distributors, actors and artists from all over the world.
